Abstract
The paper aimed to find out, explain, and analyze training, employee promotion, and work performance of Subang Paddy Research Center employees. To explain the magnitude of the relationship between training and promotion of employees, the magnitude of the effect of training on employee performance, the magnitude of the effect of employee promotions on employee performance both partial and simultaneous. This study uses path analysis, which analyzes the causal relationship to separate the direct effect and indirect effect of a cause variable on the effect variable. The number of samples taken was 150 respondents using the Disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. This is expected to contribute to the development of the field of management, especially human resource management. The research method used by the author in this study uses descriptive and verification methods.
