Abstract

The response of nuclear energy with respect the change of proton and neutron distributions is investigated. Contrary to most macroscopic-microscopic approaches, different radii and multipole deformations of both distributions are admitted here. The average part of the total energy is evaluated using the Yukawa-folded model, while the microscopic energy corrections are obtained within the Strutinsky and BCS methods.
