Abstract

Purpose: The main objective of this study is to identify moderating effect of pandemic covid-19 and project evaluation management between construction project performance indicators and projects success. Construction Project performance indicators were found to have a significant influence on Project Success along with the moderating role of Pandemic Covid-19 and Project Evaluation Management
 Design/Methodology/Approach:
 A quantitative research strategy is used to collect primary data from the 250 project managers working in construction firms in Pakistan. A questionnaire survey is used to collect data and the collected data is analyzed by performing tests of reliability, validity, correlation, and multiple regression analysis in SPSS software, and the moderation effect is studied by using Hayes Process Macro.
 Findings: The study concluded that communication factors, Supply chain factors, and Human Resource factors have a significant effect on the success of the project. When these three construction Project Performance Indicators are moderated with Pandemic Covid-19 and Project Evaluation Management show significant results, The results conclude that both moderators significantly moderate the effect of Human Resource Factors, Supply Chain Factors, and Communication Factors on Project Success.
 Implications/Originality/Value: The findings of this study will be helpful for the practitioners to minimize the effect of Pandemic covid-19 by adopting proper project management techniques.
