Abstract
Objectives To observe the efficacy of combination of shengmai injection and levocarnitine in the treatment of hypotension during continues hemodialysis and micro-inflammatory. Methods 30 patients who underwent continues hemodialysis were determined to accept combination therapy with shengmai injection and levocarnitine. Variability and incidence of hypotension, as well as inflammatory factors(hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) were observed before and after the treatment. Results The incidence of hypotension during continues hemodialysis was reduced obviously after the treatment(P<0.05), while minimal blood pressure during hemodialysis and blood pressure after hemodialysis raised significantly after the treatment as well (P<0.01). Post-treatment inflammatory factors (hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) also decreased compared with pre-treatment ones (P<0.01). Conclusions The combination therapy with shengmai injection and levocarnitine on hypotension during continues hemodialysis is safe and effective, which improves the tolerance of patients with hypotension on continues hemodialysis obviously. Meanwhile, the combination therapy significantly optimizes the micro-inflammatory status on patients who undergo continues hemodialysis. Key words: Renal Dialysis; INJECTIO; Hypotension; Inflammation
