Abstract

A study was made of the difference in behavior of chemical isomers in radiocobalt annealing processes. Several cobalt complex combinations exhibiting different isomerisms were irradiated and the fraction annealed after irradiation was determinod by separation of recoiled cobalt. Some qualitative observations are made. Chemical isomerism plays an important part in recombination of recoil fragments during irradiation. (T.R.H.)
