Abstract

The authors show how an increase in the concentration of boric oxide in the composition of fluorine-free apparatus ground enamels leads to a gradual change in the physicochemical properties, with the exception of water resistance and impact strength. Compositions containing 10-15% boric oxide are the best for combined use with standard coatings. The use of these compositions will make it possible to create ecologically pure ground enamels for apparatus coating.
