Abstract

The relationships between dark- and photo-conductivities, spin density, optical gap. Infrared absorption spectra and atomic structure have been investigated for reactive sputtering amorphpus Si:H films annealed at various temperatures. The thermal relaxation was observed at annealing temperature below 200°C. The systematic changes of x-ray diffraction interference function and the pair distribution function with annealing temperature were observed.
