Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of adversity quotient, self-efficacy, and learning environment on learning independence. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study was all college of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, class 2018 with a sample size of 100 people with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, regression analysis test, t-test, the coefficient of determination, and data processing use the IBM SPSS 23 program (statistical product and service solution). Starting from the results of data analysis, this study concludes that: 1) there is a significant effect of adversity quotient on learning independence, 2) there is an effect of self-efficacy on learning independence, 3) there is an influence of the learning environment on learning independence, 4) there is an influence between the Significant between adversity quotient, self-efficacy and learning on the learning independence of students in the faculty of economics, UNJ as proven by the test based on the F test, multiple linear regression analysis that has been processed from the primary data of this study shows that the significance value is 0.000 at the 5% level.
