Abstract
To investigate the influence mechanism of industrial cluster's network structure on its competitive advantage, social network theory and analysis were used. Two characteristic variables including network density and network intensity were chosen to describe the network structure. Industrial cluster's operational capabilities were introduced as mediators to expatiate the effect of industrial cluster's network structure on competitive advantage. Based on above analysis, a conceptual model was constructed to explain agglomeration economies and agglomeration diseconomies in the same framework. The research results provide a network perspective for improving industrial cluster's performance.
