Abstract
Objective - This study aims to determine the effect of educational level, socio-cultural, development programs, and the degree of dependence on absolute poverty. Methodology/Technique - Variables taken is Level of education, Social-cultural conditions, The development program, The degree of dependence, Absolute poverty. Findings - The results showed that all the independent variables are positively correlated with the absolute poverty but not significant at all levels of education. It also looks at the effect of predictions, not all significant. Novelty - The study indicates that education can change the conditions of absolute poverty to relative poverty levels or structural poverty, let alone to pursue a better life.
