Abstract

Supply chain resilience is ability for supply chain to respond to the emergencies. To get the structure and its formation process of supply chain resilience system, Interpretative structural modeling(ISM) method is applied to the supply chain resilience system model. Firstly, on the basis of comprehensive literature analysis and expert advice, this paper is carried on the concept and influence factors of supply chain resilience and 15 influence factors are proposed. Secondly, the relationship between these factors and supply chain resilience structure are analyzed using ISM. Finally supply chain resilience system ISM model is optimized. The composing process is discussed based on the optimizing model. This research will provide effective advice and theoretical support for our enterprise to adapt the modern complex business environment
