Abstract

Patient safety in the hospital is a system where the hospital makes the patient's care safer. This study aims to analyze the influence of attitude, sharing, innovation, skill, team work, motivation, organization, vision/objektive, community standar of patient safety culture at A.M Parikesit Tenggarong Hospital. This research design was analytical survey design with cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted at A.M Parikesit Tenggarong Hospital. The sample of this study as many as 217 respondents who are staff in the hospital. Data analysis using linear regression test to see the effect of independent variable to dependent variable. The results showed that there was a attitude influence on the patient safety culture (p = 0.002). There is an influence of sharing on the patient safety culture (p=0.046). There is an influence of inovation on the patien safety culture (0.036). There is not influence of skill on the patient safety culture (0,057). There is an influence of team work on the patient safety culture (p=0.032). There is an influence of motivation on the patient safety culture (p=0.032). There is an influence organization on the patient safety culture (0.038). There is an influence vision on the patient safety culture (p=0.029). There is an influence community standar on the patient safety culture (p=0.033). The level of patient safety culture is in the good category.
