Abstract
Multiple specular reflection has been used to examine film on copper surface in acid solution. It is very important to know if band shifts on resulting spectrum are to the film or to the method. We examine both experimentally and theoretically some cases: incidence angle, number of reflections in relation with refraction and absorption coefficient of the film.
