Abstract
다양한 환경조건에 따라 기생충 감염의 종류와 그 감염률 이 끊임없이 영향을 받아 변화한다는 것을 감안하면, 시대의 변천에 따른 기생충 감염 실태에 대한 과학적 자료를 축적 하는 것은 사람 기생충에 대한 전반적 이해에 있어 매우 중 요하다고 할 수 있다. 다만 이에 대한 객관적 사실을 명확히 구명하기 위해서는 현대적인 기생충 감염예방 및 치료법이 나오기 이전 시대의 기생충 감염실태에 대한 정보가 필요한 데, 이는 전통적 기생충 연구기법만으로는 만족스러운 결과 를 얻기 어렵다. 이런 의미에서 볼 때 고고학 발굴 현장에서 수습된 시료 에 대하여 기생충학적 연구를 수행하여 과거 기생충 감염실 태를 과학적으로 구명하고자 하는 고고기생충학적 연구기 법(paleoparasitological study)은 매우 중요하다. 이에 따르 면 기생충학자는 고고학 발굴 현장에서 얻어진 시료에 대하 여 다양한 분석을 시행하여 과거 기생충 감염실태에 대한 객 조선시대 흡충류 감염기전에 대한 고찰
