Abstract
Inelastic pulsed-neutron scattering experiments from CsVCl 3, a S = 3 2 Heisenberg antiferromagnetic chain compound, were performed above T N. The excitation positions were well fitted to a classical spin-wave dispersion relation and a quantum renormalization factor was confirmed. We found that the line width of the spectrum was broad and independent of q.
