Abstract
Inelastic electron tunneling measurements are reported on AlAl oxidePd tunnel junctions exposed to small quantities of hydrogen and deuterium gas. We have observed new vibrational structure that results from hydrogen (or deuterium) probably adsorbed at the Al oxide-Pd interface.
