Abstract

This paper presents an IoT-based industrial monitoring and security system using the NodeMCU ESP8266 and multiple sensors (MQ2, flame sensor, DHT11, LDR module, PZEM-004T) for real-time detection of hazards like gas leaks, fires, and electrical overloads. The system automates lighting and machinery control, sending alerts via Telegram for immediate response. It is cost-effective, scalable, and modular, ensuring reliable operation through a stabilized power supply, making it suitable for diverse industrial applications.
