Abstract
Smart agriculture system creates an unprecedented power asymmetry suitable for agro-industrial production. In addition, it will bring to the producers the convenience when measured by the current use of the smart agriculture system. It is increasing the power of potential monopoly companies in the fields. It is useful for agricultural production as well as seeds, pesticides and fertilizers. It has been observed that it is difficult to protect producers or countries with low or limited economic resources in terms of food safety. It is also difficult to find answers that will both eliminate the concerns about the sustainability of traditional knowledge and lead to the destruction of local knowledge, genetic resources and biodiversity. In line with current globalization trends, it is taking shape.
