Abstract

With the continuous deepening of the integration of informatization and industrialization, the introduction of Ethernet and wireless communication technologies has realized the interconnection and intercommunication of various business systems and field terminal equipment in the industrial control network, resulting in a sharp possibility of attacks and damage to the industrial control network rise. At the same time, due to the complexity, professionalism and closedness of industrial control systems, there are not many software and hardware platforms available for industrial control safety research and testing on the market, and there are common problems such as high cost investment, complex operation and low flexibility. From the perspective of the construction of industrial control cyber security cyber range, this article first explains the advantages of using QEMU-IOL virtualization technology to build industrial security cyber range construction, then realizes the virtual simulation of industrial control scene at the cost of low investment and low consumption, finally penetration and performance tests were carried out on the industrial security cyber range to verify the availability and stability of the cyber range.
