Abstract
目的 观察移植术后大鼠肝脏内不同细胞成分的凋亡现象,寻找耐受过程中的关键细胞成分,探讨大鼠肝移植耐受机制.方法分离肝脏间质细胞,流式细胞仪检测移植术后大鼠肝脏内不同细胞成分的凋亡现象.结果 BN→LEW组大鼠移植肝脏在术后早期发生急性排斥反应,并且移植物内间质细胞存在大量的凋亡,急性排斥反应评分及细胞凋亡指数逐渐升高,术后7 d达到高峰随后下降,前者术后28 d与术前无明显差异(P＞0.05);细胞凋亡指数至术后28 d较术前仍有明显差异,明显高于LEW→LEW组(P＜0.05).移植物内发生凋亡的细胞为来自于受体的浸润T淋巴细胞.结论移植物排斥反应评分下降与移植肝脏内CTL清除有关,来源于受体的浸润T淋巴细胞凋亡导致移植肝脏免疫耐受。
