Abstract

ABSTRACT Soldering a rock-destroying tool has its own characteristics, which are determined by the operating conditions of various types of mining tools. Efficiency is determined by the value of mining tool possible pass in the breed or by the duration of work until replacement. It depends as on the tool design and the quality of the hard alloy, as on the quality of the soldered seam, which, in turn, depends on the used materials and the soldering technology. The general issues of the most common designs of soldered joints, the possibility of choosing the composition and shape of solder and their influence on the quality of the resulting soldered joints are considered.
