Abstract
Women, girls, and vulnerable populations have been disproportionately impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Many countries have ill-advisedly deemed abortion 'non-essential'. [1] In response to the pandemic abortion for non-medical reasons was banned in six countries in Europe and suspended in another. [2] Early medical abortion (EMA) involves taking two drugs, mifepristone, followed 24-48 hours later by misoprostol.
