Abstract

View of the phenomena that the traditional indoor intelligent monitoring system has a low degree of intelligence and lack of convenience, an indoor environment monitoring system was set up. The system used the STM32 micro-controller as the core control device and the SHT10 temperature and humidity sensor to collect the temperature and humidity indoors. The collected data was output to the Data Transfer Unit (DTU) in ASCII format through the RS-232 serial port. DTU module used GPRS network to send the indoor environment temperature and humidity data to the database. Users could carry out real-time monitoring through mobile phone APP, and could check the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity recently, the communication status of the system, the indoor temperature and humidity curve changed over time and so on. Long-term experiments showed that the system was stable, real-time, the mobile phone interface which was simple and convenient and the users could achieve remote intelligent monitoring of the indoor environment. Compared with standard hygrometer, the temperature and humidity accuracy in our system were plus or minus 0.3 degrees Celsius, plus or minus 4 percent Relative Humidity, respectively, which could meet the indoor environment monitoring accuracy requirements.
