Pros Sem Nas Masy Biodiv Indon 3: 216-219. West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) province is one of the biggest districts for production meat to fulfilled national meat needed. The biggest population for breeding by the local farmer is the Bali cattle. The excellence having by the Bali cattle as an original Indonesian germplasm was proved to have good power in environment adaptation and breeding. An effort to increasing the Bali cattle productivity was held by artificial insemination program using the sperm of selected Bali’s bull. By Techno Park activity in Banyumulek, this research was held to apply the final product of frozen sexed sperm from Artificial Insemination Center (AIC) Lelede Banyumulek in NTB. The productivity of bull’s sperm parameter covered macroscopies and microscopies quality and motility tested after freezing. The productivity of Bali cattle on livestock was measured reproduction efficiency valve of cow acceptor artificial insemination (AI) using sexing sperm. The parameter based on Service per Conception (S/C) dan Conception Rate (CR).
