Abstract
There are two patterns of the transition process of Neel domain wall in magnetic thin film elements. One is the direct transition from positive polarity (N+) to negative one (N-). And the other pattern of N+ yields Nct yields N- is indirect transition process recurring to cross-tie wall (Nct).
