Abstract
In studies on bovine diarrhoea virus antigen localization in lymphoid tissue and replication of the virus in bovine macrophages, using antibody from which the Fc portion had been removed by pepsin, indirect immunofluorescence of infected bovine macrophage cultures, unfixed or fixed in 20% acetone, showed that the antigen was confined to the cell cytoplasm.
