Abstract
أصبح مفهوم التنمية من المفاهيم التي تستحوذ على مساحة كبيرة في أذهان الباحثين والدارسين في الوقت الراهن، ويأتي هذا الاهتمام تجسيداً للتركيز الكبير من قبل الحكومات فيما يتعلق بتحقيق جوانب التنمية الشاملة (اجتماعية- اقتصادية- سياسية وما إلى ذلك)، هذا بالإضافة إلى إيجاد مؤشرات عالمية متفق عليها لقياس مدى تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من التنمية، ودراسة ما يترتب عليها من آثار ونتائج.
