Gautam Gambhir v DAP and Co & Anr, Delhi High Court, CS (Comm.) 395/2017, 13 December 2017 The Delhi High Court has ruled on the contours of personality rights to determine whether Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir could obtain a permanent injunction against a restaurant owner operating multiple restaurants using the tagline ‘by Gautam Gambhir’.
