Abstract

This paper analyzes the physical fitness test data of a university student in a certain city by using the method of ordered causality test, and establishes the overall quality evaluation and the orderly causality test model of each individual index. The research results show that the maximum oxygen uptake, body fat rate, And diastolic blood pressure, etc., have the greatest impact on the physical fitness of college students. The indicators with greater influence are the maximum oxygen uptake, upper limb strength, trunk strength, etc. It is recommended to promote the development of their heart and lungs in order to promote the physical health of college students. Function to improve upper limb and trunk strength.
