Abstract

The introduction of the triptans was a major step forward in migraine therapy. Many migrainous patients, however, do not respond satisfactorily,1 which leaves room for improvement. Abouch Krymchantowski and colleagues2 recently reported a study in which they investigated the combination of the gastrokinetic drug, trimebutine,3 and rizatriptan for the treatment of migraine.
