Abstract

Strategies to Support Under-Represented Students in STEM. Institutions of higher education have identified challenges in supporting and engaging traditionally under-represented students. This book combines a theoretical framework for understanding these challenges with case studies from diverse biology, biochemistry, and chemistry departments that have implemented strategies to address this need.
