Abstract
Introduction: Some studies suggest that the outcome of management of breast cancer in teaching institutions is superior to smaller units. This is thought to be related to better adherence to guidelines and specialisation. This study aims to ascertain the 5 year survival rates of breast cancer patients treated at Frimley Park Hospital.
