Abstract
Abstract. Gilangharjo Village is geographically adjacent to the city center of Bantul Regency. However, there are still many public facilities such as places of worship that still lack street lighting. Thus, many public facilities are dark at night. This condition resulted in the limited mobility of religious and social activities at night. The solution for this problem was provided by a community service program which organized various programs with a focus on four stages implementation methods; (1) observation and data collection, (2) outreach to the community, (3) procurement and production of lighting lamps, and (4) installation of lighting lamps in facilities public facilities. The result of this community service program is the arrangement of lighting at 15 points in public facilities to support religious and community activities in the Village Gilangharjo.
