Abstract

ABSTRACTThe influence of low cultivation temperature and low inducer concentration on the solubility of recombinant mink growth hormone expressed in E. coli was investigated. The low cultivation temperature of 20°C increased the solubility of mink growth hormone. However, the simultaneous decrease of the inducer concentration did not reinforce the effect of temperature.
