Abstract

Corporate entrepreneurship has been proven to increase the sustainability of family companies. One of the factors that influences corporate entrepreneurship in family businesses is a high willingness to change accompanied by supportive family values. In addition, there is an impact arising from the difference in the number of generations involved in the family company, which makes it the control variable in this study. This research study uses a quantitative approach, where the data obtained from the survey through a Google Form will be evaluated statistically using the SmartPLS 4th edition software. Researchers have taken a total of 190 samples from a population of 324 members of the University of Ciputra Family Business Community Indonesia as research subjects, using a purposive sampling method. The findings from this study indicate that there is a positive and significant direct relationship between the willingness to change (X) and corporate entrepreneurship in family business (Y) with only one to two generations involved in it, as well as the moderation that occurs due to family values (X) in the relationship between the variables in family business with one and more than two generations.
