Abstract

ABSTRACT This article illustrates the relevance of information literacy concepts to accounting students, and describes the collaborative approach used by librarians and accounting faculty at Weber State University (WSU) to incorporate information literacy into the accounting curriculum. A case study of an introductory international accounting course is used to exemplify how WSU's information literacy competency framework is incorporated. The results of this approach are discussed.
