Abstract
This paper is to justify the incompressible Euler–Poisson limit of the Vlasov–Poisson–Boltzmann system in the incompressible hyperbolic regime. The proof is based on a new Hx,v1−Wx,v1,∞ framework, which consists of the Hx,v1 energy estimate and the weighted Wx,v1,∞ estimate of the Vlasov–Poisson–Boltzmann system.
