Inclusive Vector-Meson Production at Smalltin the Dual Resonance Model

Abstract

Starting from the ${B}_{8}$ of Chan and Tsou and using the results of DeTar, Kang, Tan, and Weis, we obtain expressions for the cross section and density-matrix elements of vector mesons produced in inclusive reactions. The behavior of these quantities as functions of energy, missing mass, and momentum transfer is explored.
