Abstract

The area of implicit bias and health equity training is a renewed focus for health care settings. This article outlines a strategic journey to evaluate the current status and develop a sustainable program that integrates content on implicit bias and health equity into all training and education programs. Partnership with the health system's diversity department, professional development, and the use of innovative technology brought 100% compliance for the 12-month project.
