Abstract
冠動脈起始異常の大半は良性と考えられているが，対側の冠動脈洞より起始する冠動脈に関しては致死的となりうる．特に運動時において冠動脈が大動脈，肺動脈の間を圧迫されながら走行することにより，心筋虚血，場合によっては突然死の原因となる．当施設で川崎病診断後の冠動脈評価の際に右冠動脈の左冠動脈洞起始を偶然発見した5歳の症例を報告する．本症例のように無症状で偶然発見された右冠動脈起始異常の管理については一定の見解が得られていない．
