Abstract

Clomiphene Citrate (CC) is commonly used for ovulation induction in treatment of unexplained infertility. Ultrasound monitoring is often utilized to determine optimal timing for intrauterine insemination (IUI). Though the lead follicle size, and number of dominant follicles is often used to manage CC dosing, there is little data available with regards to ultrasound findings and subsequent pregnancy outcomes.
