Abstract

Main content : We finely tuned the core–shell NaNdF 4 @NaGdF 4 nanoparticles for in vivo static and dynamic multi-modal angiographies (i.e. NIR-II FLA/ MRA/CTA), with a focus on the dynamic NIR-II FLA evaluation of cerebral blood perfusion induced by thrombus and thrombolysis. Innovation : We fabricated a multi-functional angiographic nanoagent to combine the advantages of MRA and NIR-II FLA for noninvasive diagnosis of carotid thrombosis and evaluating cerebral blood perfusion, monitoring thrombosis and thrombolysis. We provide a new method for early diagnosis, prevention and evaluation of therapeutic effect of ischemic stroke.
