Abstract

A series of substituted 2,3-diaryl acrylophenone amide derivatives was evaluated for their anti-implantation activity in mature female Sprague-Dawley rats. Compounds 11, 14, 15, and 19 showed significant activity in preventing implantation in rats at 10 mg kg−1.
