Abstract
Endometriosis is a condition that affects a significant proportion of the infertile population. Natural fecundity as well as IVF success decreases with increasing severity of disease. Our objective was to determine whether IVF outcomes after laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis are affected by surgical stage at diagnosis and to determine whether there is a relationship between time interval to start of first IVF cycle and pregnancy rate.
