Abstract

In-trough spectroelectrochemical studies of Langmuir-Blodgett monolayers of silver(II) tetraneopentoxyphthalocyanine are described. A transparent indium tin oxide electrode horizontally touching the free-standing monolayer at the water/air interface forms a monomolecular thin-layer cell suitable for spectroelectrochemical studies.
