Abstract

The overall aim of this two-part article - the second part of which is to be published m the next issue of the ITQ - is to illustrate the varied approach to trinitarian theology of some major medieval thinkers and the significant place which that theology occupies in their understanding of the human person. Part one deals with the trinitarian theology, in the strict sense, of Bonaventure, Aquinas, and Ruusbroec.
