Abstract

Multichannel-optimized MoS2/Sv-ZnIn2S4/Cu(OH)2 composites, integrating sulfur vacancy, Ohmic junction and Schottky junction, were synthesized by an in situ technique. Benefiting from the synergistic effect, the staggered composites exhibited enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen production activity.
