Abstract

Poet, essayist, and translator, Sherod Santos’s most recent collection of poems is Square Inch Hours (W. W. Norton, 2017). A Guggenheim and National Endowment for the Arts Fellow, he was a finalist for the National Book Award, the National Book Critics Circle Award, and The New Yorker Book Award. He has received an Award in Literature from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. He lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he works in an outreach program for the homeless.
