Abstract

High-temperature pressure pipeline is an important medium conveying equipment in industrial production. Due to its high temperature and high-pressure characteristics, it is very important to implement effective in-service detection. This paper focuses on the successful application of X-ray digital imaging detection (DR) technology in the process of leak detection and disposal of petrochemical pipeline flange welds and analyzes the advantages of DR technology for in-service detection of the high-temperature pressure pipeline. Finally, the shortcomings of the current application and further research directions are put forward.
