Abstract

In this edition of Practical Radiation Oncology, Dover et al report findings of a survey conducted by the Society for Women in Radiation Oncology on resident and candidate family planning and early career development.1 Others, both within and outside of medicine,2,3 have similarly explored this critically important and complex topic, highlighting the multiple demands and expectations faced by those in early career stages and the effects of the evolving demands on family planning decisions.
